The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Annual billing | What it's for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core channels, run properly, for an established business |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels at once, with Trades.Agency website packages at half price |

Terms are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual commitments are discounted, as the table shows. The full, current details are on the Trades.Agency pricing page; if anything there differs from this page, the parent page is the one to trust.
What drives the cost
Plan price is only part of what you'll spend on marketing. The total depends on:
- How many channels you need. A business that only needs a profile clean-up and a sound website needs less than one running Google and Meta ads across the city.
- The state of what you have. A working website and a well-kept profile cost less to manage than a rebuild from nothing.
- Ad spend. This is set by your ceiling per enquiry and how many enquiries you can handle, not by our fee.
- Coverage. Marketing in one or two ward pairs costs less in ad spend than marketing to all of Brampton plus Mississauga and Vaughan.
- Content. Service pages, photos and seasonal campaigns all take writing time.
A worked budget
Here's how a Brampton landscaping company might think about the first year on the Growth plan with annual billing.
- Plan fee: $1,499 × 12 = $17,988.
- Ad spend: $800 a month in season (eight months) = $6,400.
- Total marketing cost: about $24,400, before tax.
Now the return side. Say the average job is $2,500 at a 40% gross margin, so $1,000 of profit per job. The marketing has to bring in about 25 extra jobs over the year just to cover itself, roughly two a month. Anything beyond that is profit.
That's the calculation we'd walk through on a call, with your own numbers in place of these. If the arithmetic doesn't work for your business, we'll say so.
How to choose a plan
- Growth suits an established business with one main service line that needs its website, profile and tracking working properly, plus focused ads.
- Elite suits a business running several service lines or both Google and Meta ads, especially if the website also needs replacing, given the 50% website discount.
- Enterprise suits larger operations that want a dedicated team, priority support and a new website included.
If you're not sure, start smaller. Moving up a plan is easy; paying for work you can't absorb isn't. The services overview explains what each piece involves, and the joined-up plan shows how the budget is split month by month.
Tax and invoicing
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars before tax, and your invoice adds Ontario's 13% HST. Billing is monthly unless you choose annual billing, in which case the lower monthly rate applies for the year.
What you won't pay for
- Locked-in multi-year contracts.
- Ad spend marked up through our account; it goes straight to the platform from yours.
- Getting your own assets back. Your domain, website, profile and ad accounts are in your name from day one.
Before you decide
Book nothing yet. Call, text or email with your website address and your rough job values, and we'll tell you which plan, if any, makes sense. The FAQ answers the usual questions about contracts and ownership, and the contact page explains what to send.
Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the plan price?
No. Your card pays Google or Meta directly, which keeps every ad dollar visible to you. The plan fee covers planning, management, content and reporting.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual billing lowers the monthly price but is optional. Ask about any one-off costs before you start; we'll put them in the plan in writing.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. Brampton clients add Ontario's 13% HST, shown as its own line on your invoice.
What's included in the website discount on Elite?
On Elite, Trades.Agency website design packages are half price; on Enterprise, a website design and build of any package comes at no charge. Current package details are on the Trades.Agency pricing page.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a first 30-minute consultation at no cost, and it sits apart from any paid plan.
