Frequently asked questions
What does Brampton.Agency do?
We plan and run websites, Google Business Profiles, Google and Meta ads and enquiry tracking for Brampton trades and service businesses, as one plan with one report. We're a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $1,999 per month month-to-month, or $1,499 per month on annual billing, in Canadian dollars plus 13% HST. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platform.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual billing is cheaper but optional.
How soon will I see results?
Profile and website fixes can show within weeks, and search ads can produce calls in the first week. Organic search builds over several months. The plan sets out what to expect at each stage.
We tried an agency before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Usually the old agency reported clicks and traffic, not enquiries and jobs, and owned the accounts. We track every call, text and email to its source, report against a number agreed in writing, and keep everything in your name so you can leave whenever you like.
Who owns the website, Google profile and ad accounts?
You do. Everything is registered or created in your business's name, with us added as managers. If you leave, you keep it all.
Will you share login details for everything?
Yes. You'll have owner-level access to the domain, website, Google profile, ad accounts, analytics and tracking numbers from the start.
What will the monthly report show?
Enquiries by channel, cost per enquiry against the ceiling we agreed, booked jobs where your log is kept, what we changed and what we'll change next. It's written in plain language.
Do you work with businesses outside the trades?
We focus on trades and home-service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, movers and renovators. If you're unsure whether you fit, ask on a call.
Do you cover all of Brampton?
Yes, all ten wards, plus nearby Mississauga, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Caledon and Halton Hills where they're part of your service area.
Are you based in Brampton?
No. The group is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. Consultations are by video call or in person, plus phone, text, email and screen-share.
Can you promise first place on Google?
No. Google says there's no way to pay for a better local ranking. We work on the factors that matter and report honestly on visibility and enquiries.
Can you run ads in languages other than English?
Our sister site Brampton.Marketing specialises in Punjabi, Hindi and English contractor campaigns. Ask us on a call how that fits your plan.
Price and contracts
The plans start at $1,999 per month, or $1,499 per month billed annually, and run month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google or Meta from your own account, so you can always see it.
The pricing page has the full table and a worked budget you can adapt to your own numbers. The main thing to understand is that the plan fee and the ad spend are two separate decisions. The fee pays for the work; the ad spend is set by what an enquiry is worth to you.
Ownership and access
Everything belongs to you from the first day. That includes the domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the ad accounts, analytics and the tracking numbers. We're added as managers, not owners.
This matters most when something goes wrong. If an agency owns your ad account or your domain, leaving can mean losing years of history. With us, leaving means removing our access, nothing more. Our guide on switching to one agency has a full checklist for getting ownership straight, whoever you work with.
Timelines and results
Different pieces move at different speeds:
- Google profile fixes: often visible within weeks.
- Search ads: calls can start in the first week; the first month is for learning.
- New website: usually a few weeks from interview to launch.
- Organic search growth: several months of steady work.
We won't promise a number of calls or a ranking position. What we do commit to is a written plan with one agreed measure, and a monthly report against it. Our results page shows what our HVAC work has achieved and what transfers.
"We've been burned before"
This is the most common thing we hear, and it's a fair worry. The usual causes are easy to spot in hindsight:
- Reports full of clicks, impressions and traffic, but no enquiry counts.
- The agency owned the accounts, so switching felt impossible.
- Ads ran to the home page, or to areas the business didn't serve.
- Nobody looked at whether the phone was answered.
Our enquiry tracking service exists largely to prevent the first problem, and month-to-month terms with full ownership prevent the second. If you'd like an honest look at what your current agency is doing, ask for that on the contact page.
About who we are
Brampton.Agency is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We're a marketing and consulting service only. The about page has the full background.
Reporting and working together
Each month you get one written report and, if you want it, a short call to go through it. The report shows enquiries by channel, what each cost against the ceiling in your plan, and what we changed. If your office keeps the simple job log we provide, it also shows how many enquiries became booked work.
Day to day, you'll deal with one senior strategist rather than a rotating account team. Small requests, such as changing holiday hours on the profile or swapping a photo on the website, are usually done within a business day or two. Larger changes are agreed first, so you're never surprised by what goes live.
We also ask a few things of you:
- real photos of your work, a handful every month
- quick answers when we need approval on new pages or ads
- honest feedback on enquiry quality, especially if a channel is sending the wrong kind of job
That last point matters more than most owners expect. A campaign that produces cheap enquiries for work you don't want isn't a success, and only you can tell us that. The services overview explains how each piece is run.
