Brampton.Agency is a marketing and consulting service for trades and home-service businesses. If you need a job done at your home, we're not the right people to call; we help the businesses that do that work.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Ways to reach us

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd rather talk it through. If we miss you, we'll call back.
  • Text the same number if you're on a job and can't talk. A short message is fine; we'll reply and arrange a call.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you'd like to send links, screenshots or reports.

We don't use web forms, chat widgets or booking calendars. A real person reads every message.

Our hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, are noon to 9 p.m. in Brampton. Many owners find that useful: the afternoon and early evening is often when they're off the tools and can talk.

What to include in your first message

You don't need much. The more of this you can include, the more useful our first reply will be:

  1. Your business name and website address.
  2. Your Google Business Profile name, as it appears on the map.
  3. What you do, and which services you most want more of.
  4. Where you work: which parts of Brampton, and any neighbouring municipalities.
  5. Rough numbers: average job value and how many enquiries you get a month, if you know.
  6. What you have now: any agency, ad accounts or tracking already in place.

Here's a template you can copy and fill in:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do [main service] in [parts of Brampton or nearby cities]. Our website is [website address]. We get about [number] enquiries a month and our average job is around [amount]. We're currently [using an agency / running our own ads / doing nothing online]. I'd like to talk about [website / Google profile / ads / all of it].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, to arrange a time to talk.
  2. We look before the call. We check your website on a phone, your Google profile and any public ads, so the conversation is about your business, not a sales script.
  3. The free consultation. About 30 minutes. We'll talk about your numbers, your coverage and where enquiries are being lost.
  4. A written plan, if it makes sense. If a plan would pay for itself, we'll send a short written outline: order of work, budget split, the measure we'd report on and the price.
  5. You decide. Nothing starts until you've agreed in writing. There's no lock-in afterwards either.

Before you get in touch

A few things worth knowing, so the first call is useful:

  • The plans start at $1,999 per month month-to-month; the pricing page has the details.
  • Everything we set up is in your business's name; the FAQ explains how ownership works.
  • Our published results are from our HVAC work; the results page explains what transfers to other trades.
  • If you're unsure what you need, the services overview has a short self-check.

If you're comparing agencies

It's sensible to speak to more than one agency before choosing. If you do, ask each of them the same three questions: who will own the accounts, what single number will you report against each month, and what happens if I want to leave. Write down the answers. You'll learn more from how clearly each agency answers than from any sales presentation, and you're welcome to ask us the same questions first.

A note on privacy

When you call, text or email, we use your details only to reply to you and to discuss working together. We don't add you to marketing lists. We only send marketing messages to people who have contacted us first and asked to hear from us.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the phone number a 604 number?

The group is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. We meet Brampton clients by video call or in person, and the number works for calls and texts from anywhere in Canada.

What time is that in Brampton?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific works out to noon until 9 p.m. Eastern time. That suits many owners who are on jobs during the morning and free later in the day.

Do I need to prepare anything for the first call?

Not much. Your website address, your Google profile name and a rough idea of your average job value are enough for a useful first conversation.

Will you try to sell me something on the first call?

The first consultation is free and there's no obligation. If we don't think we can help, or a plan wouldn't pay for itself, we'll say so.
